The PTA will maintain regular contact and coordination with farmers associated with the demonstrations.
3. Updating Data on Krishi Mapper
The candidate will assist in regularly updating CFLD-related data and photographs on the Krishi Mapper application.
4. Technical Guidance
The PTA will provide farmers with technical guidance and advice regarding improved pulse production technologies in demonstration clusters.
5. Extension Activities
The candidate will assist in organising and conducting activities such as:
- Farmer–Scientist Interactions
- Field Visits
- Field Days
- Other extension activities
6. Research–Extension Coordination
The PTA will help establish effective coordination between research and extension activities and encourage farmers to adopt improved pulse-production technologies at the field level.
7. Other Assigned Duties
The selected candidate will also have to perform other duties assigned from time to time by the Senior Scientist and Head, Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
₹10,000 Monthly Honorarium
The position does not constitute a regular permanent government appointment. The engagement is temporary and project-based.
